Homies, I have a confession. Regular, store bought deodorants/antiperspirants make me stinkkkk. I never had a problem using them until recently. But, something has changed and my body is now rejecting them. More importantly, all of the chemicals (mostly aluminum) they put in those store bought favorites are BAD FOR YOU (for more info, click here ). Between dancing, yoga and running my life is pretty active. So naturally, I was freaking out at the thought of maximum strength products not doing their job. But then I thought: there must be a way to stay stink free in a healthy, holistic way. This deodorant works even when I’m working out. Don’t worry. I haven’t stepped off the reservation. It works, I swear! So go ahead and save time, money and your health by making your own.

1. Mix the baking soda and arrowroot powder together
